Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the refund.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For contracts concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin performing the contract, after you have
- explicitly consented to the performance starting before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins.
Performance begins in particular upon provision/display/transmission of the license key or activation of the download.
Note: The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (§13 BGB). Business customers (§14 BGB) do not have a right of withdrawal.
